AGM remote participation

In addition to livestreaming at the AGM, we intend to have remote participation available to those members unable to attend. The platform we will be using is WebEx, which allows audio, visual, and textual functionality. The software is free for download but not necessary. Should you choose to register for remote participation, an invitation will be sent to your email address, and clicking that will lead to a WebEx page on your web browser. From there it will function just like a Skype video call, but offers greater capacity (more people can be in a call at once). It would be great if we could test this platform ahead of time, so if you are interested, please register here. Once we are ready for testing we will reach out to you.
